Kumalit wall panels with thermal insulation core made of expanded polystyrene consist of two smooth or shallow profiled, galvanized on both sides and painted steel sheet 0.5 or 0.6 mm thick (according to the customer's request, we also make panels with 0.55 mm thick sheet metal).

The sheet metal is glued to the EPS thermal insulation core with a compressive strength at 10% compressibility of 100 kPa, fire resistance class B2 (according to DIN 4201-1). In this way, a composite construction product with excellent thermal insulation properties is obtained. Panels with EPS filling are made in the range of thicknesses from 40 to 300 mm.

As is generally known, the basic characteristic of panels made with stone wool infill is outstanding fire resistance. Kumalit wall panels of thermal insulation filling of stone wool consist of two smooth or shallow profiled, double-sided galvanized and painted steel sheet 0.5 or 0.6 mm thick (according to the customer's request and with sheet metal 0.55 mm thick).

The sheet metal is glued to the thermal insulation core made of non-combustible laminated stone wool, which achieves very good thermal and sound insulation with high fire resistance. In this way, a composite construction product with excellent thermal insulation properties is obtained. Panels with stone wool infill are made in the thickness range from 40 to 300 mm. At the request of the customer, it is possible to make panels in other thicknesses of the insulation core.
